1. Mill the bituminous pavement surface 1½ depth (4950 S.Y.)
2. Pave using Superpave asphalt mixture design 9.5mm PG64-22 wearing course 0 to 0.3 million E sal’s SRL-H, 1½ inch approx. depth  (4950 S.Y.)
3. Scratch leveling course 9.5 mm (fine graded) PG 64-22  (280 tons)
